KALISPELL - Grief Matters Adult Support Group (May 12-June 16)

KALISPELL Grief Matters 

Support Groups strive to create a safe, healing space to honor the complexity of our varied grief experiences and offer tips and tools for coping. This group is for adults (age 18 and above) who have had a family member or loved one die. We will meet weekly on Tuesdays, May 12th - June 16th from 5:15pm-6:30pm (MST) at TGRC Kalispell. We ask that those who register plan to attend all sessions.

It is recommended that at least ~3 months have elapsed since your loss before trying group support. Please note that a completed registration form does not guarantee admission to a group, as space is limited. Together with an experienced program staff, those interested will explore TGRC's many resources for grief support and determine if this group is the best fit for their needs. We look forward to being in touch. 

Support programs at TGRC are available regardless of ability to pay. Community Workshops are offered at low or no cost, with Support Groups, Camps, and Retreats offered on a sliding fee scale.
